Detroit is one of my favorite places in the Midwest. Throughout the city, the street art and community projects throughout the city are incredible and inspiring and just showcase the grit and grind of Detroiters. I had been meaning to stop and see the Heidelberg Project for some time and loved the time I was able to spend there and speaking with one of the groundskeepers. Looking forward to checking out the DIY skatepark at The Wig next time I’m in town.
